By electing to join my posing course/session, you are consenting to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. **Exclusive Coaching**: You agree to exclusively receive stage/posing coaching from me for your chosen competition(s). This means refraining from seeking guidance elsewhere and abstaining from attending other relevant courses/workshops/classes, including practicing posing with another instructor.

2. **Official Camp Attendance**: While you may attend one Official Camp hosted by your competition federation for each chosen competition, it's imperative to inform me in advance in writing of your intention to participate.

3. **Intellectual Property Rights**: You acknowledge that the information and teaching methods provided are unique and tailored specifically for you and fellow participants. Therefore, all intellectual property rights remain with me. Sharing these materials with others, including competitors and coaches, during and up to one year after the course's conclusion, is strictly prohibited. Any self-promotion as a stage/posing coach on social media using photos or videos from the course will be considered a breach of these terms.

4. **Practice Commitment**: You are expected to diligently practice the assigned tasks using the provided methods and tools after each session for the recommended duration.

5. **Discretionary Removal**: I reserve the right to dismiss you from a session(s) or the entire course if you exhibit physical or mental incapacity or decide to practice poses with someone else.

6. **Refund Policy**: Refunds and transfers are not available if you change your mind, fail to attend, or seek posing guidance from another source.

By proceeding with the booking and payment process, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Your commitment to adhering to these guidelines ensures a fruitful and successful journey in perfecting your posing skills.
